Initial Consultation
We’ll start off with a free consultation in which we get to know you and your needs. During this time our estimator will be evaluating the scope of your project while answering any questions that may arise. We can provide you with our suggestion of materials and solutions for your project.
Budget
When a good understanding of your project and needs are established it’s time to discuss budget and any options there are to choose from. Depending on the size and scope of the project we'll supply you with an estimate immanently after the initial consultation. For those larger projects we can supply you with a range estimate and establish a back and forth dialog to assist you in deciding which items you wish to include in your project.
Design & Planning
Once the budget is determined we’ll provide you with design mockups that allow you to see what the completed project will look like. Supplying you with different options to consider and make revisions until you’re completely satisfied. Once a design has be chosen, we’ll set a timeline and get to work on the permits and materials we need for your project.
Build
Now it’s time to set all the planning and decisions into motion. We keep our clients informed of the day to day with progress reports and you’ll never have to worry about having difficulty getting a hold of us. Our team will treat your home like it’s their own, always cleaning up leftover materials and debris at the end of the workday.
Completion
Finally, the moment you’ve been waiting for! Once your project has been completed, we’ll schedule a walk through and go over all the changes made and ensure that you’re 100% satisfied with the work. You’ll then sign off on the work & spend the rest of the time admiring the final outcome!
